Tickets are only valid for the date purchased. Please double check you have entered the correct information before submitting your order.

Changes to ticket dates may be subject to change fees.

NO REFUNDS once tickets are purchased unless the event is canceled by Carter Mountain Orchard or you've participated in the Purchase Protection Plan. We typically only cancel if the weather is severe.

Additional tickets may be available at the gate if the event is not sold out online.

Each ticket is good for one person on the date printed on ticket.

You are agreeing to our Visitor Policies, which include the following:
* No pets are permitted. Only trained service dogs as defined by the ADA (this does not include emotional support animals) may enter.
* No carry-in food or drink.
* No smoking or vaping anywhere on our property, including parking lots, orchards, or any of our grounds.
* Adults are responsible for their children at all times.
* Anyone caught stealing will be removed from the property with no refund.
