You are verifying that you have selected the correct date for your Patch of Fun experience at Chiles Peach Orchard in Crozet, Virginia.

If you added Purchase Protection and need to submit a claim, you will work directly with the Purchase Protection team; Chiles Peach Orchard will not be involved in that process.

Patch of Fun Passes are non-refundable. We will contact you if the Patch of Fun closes on your selected date. Your visit is contingent on following signage, staff instructions, and visitor guidelines.

You agree to abide by all our policies and instructions from staff and signage, which include, but are not limited to:
* Only Patch of Fun Pass holders may enter the pumpkin patch on ticketed dates. (Passes not required for guests under 3 years old.)
* Wagons will be available on a first-come, first-served basis to help transport pumpkins to your car.
* Strollers and wagons can be used to get to the end of each pumpkin row but are not permitted down the row. Bags, purses, and diaper bags should be left in your car or must remain at the Patch of Fun entrance. Clear bags are permitted in the patch.
* All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Adults are responsible for their children at all times.
* No pets are permitted. Only trained service dogs as defined by the ADA (this does not include emotional support animals) may enter.
* No carry-in food or drink.
* No smoking or vaping anywhere on our property, including parking lots, orchards, or any of our grounds.
* Anyone caught stealing will be removed from the property with no refund.
* Our crops vary from year to year based on weather, customer traffic, and other variables. We cannot guarantee a particular variety will be ripe or available on any given date.
