NO REFUNDS once tickets are purchased unless the event is cancelled by Carter Mountain Orchard. We typically only cancel if the weather is severe.

Additional tickets only available at the gate if the event is not sold out online.

Each ticket is good for one person on the date printed on ticket.

You are agreeing to our Visitor Policies, which include the following:
* No pets are permitted. Only trained service dogs as defined by the ADA (this does not include emotional support animals) may enter.
* No carry-in food or drink.
* No smoking or vaping anywhere on our property, including parking lots, orchards, or any of our grounds.
* Adults are responsible for their children at all times.
* Anyone caught stealing will be removed from the property with no refund.

* I will not attend if I have, to the best of my knowledge, been in close proximity to any individual who tested positive for COVID-19.
* I do not have any reason to believe myself or anyone in my household has been exposed to or acquired COVID-19.
* I am following all CDC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the COVID-19.
