    Mother Nature is in charge and their are no guarantees of what apples are ripe and ready on any given day.
    Please purchase at least one container for every 2-3 people in your party.

I verify that I have selected the EXACT DATE and TIME that I would like to visit. NO REFUNDS once tickets are purchased. Carter Mountain Orchard is open rain or shine! Changes to ticket dates/times may be subject to change fees.

Tickets are only valid for the date and time purchased and guests will be turned away if they arrive on the wrong date and time should we be at capacity. Please double check you have entered the correct information before submitting your order.

Each ticket is good for one person on the date/time printed on ticket.
You are agreeing to our Visitor Policies, which include the following:
No pets are permitted. Only trained service dogs as defined by the ADA (this does not include emotional support animals) may enter.
No carry-in food or drink.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on our property, including parking lots, orchards, or any of our grounds.
You may enter the apple orchards only if participating in Pick Your Own apples.
Only containers provided by Carter Mountain are permitted for picking. Backpacks, purses, or other bags and baskets are not allowed when picking apples - please leave these in your car.
Adults are responsible for their children at all times.
Anyone caught stealing will be removed from the property with no refund.
We are open rain or shine. Only in extreme weather will we be closed.
NO REFUNDS unless the date/time slot are cancelled by Carter Mountain Orchard.
Our crops vary from year to year based on weather, customer traffic, and other variables. We cannot guarantee a particular variety will be ripe or available on any given date.

I have not traveled outside the U.S. in the past 21 days.
I to the best of my knowledge have not been in close proximity to any individual who tested positive for COVID-19.
I do not have any reason to believe myself or anyone in my household has been exposed to or acquired COVID-19.
I am following all CDC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the COVID-19.
